  I love going to Anderson's for ice cream. I decided to stop in for lunch after running a few errands. I ordered a burger with a side of mashed potatoes, and a chocolate shake. My meal was good but the food took a very long time. There was no line when I was ordering, it was a tuesday afternoon. My burger was alright, the mashed potatoes were good. My issue was with the chocolate shake I ordered which was like water. My husband ordered an orange shake and his was thicker than mine. Also being an ice cream place I thought their chocolate shakes would be made with chocolate ice cream, but instead it is vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup. I do not consider that to be a quality chocolate shake. Very disappointed.

  I live in New York City and my daughter Goes to College in Buffalo. I'm a huge Shake Shack fan but Anderson's Frozen custards has a excellent Burger. We have this old-time drive-in feel to it. Compared to Shake Shack they beat them because of the custard!! I wish they were in New York City but I'm glad you're not in NYC because it would lose that drive-in feel!

  Pretty good but pretty expensive. A lot of workers standing around while I waited for my order, couldn't anyone help out? I won't order a vanilla custard again, they don't have much flavor anymore.
